Madras Day is celebrated In CAAD campus to show respect to the founding of Madras (now Chennai), a city in Tamil Nadu, India.This special day is celebrated on 22nd August each year.The main highlights of this day are film screenings, Madras The  Architecture Heritage by K kalpana Book review speech, art sketches, pin up , lectures, and quizzes. Being a very secular learning environment CAAD endeavours to cherish our glorious Cultural heritage through festivities. 

The management, faculty, students and all the staff members came together to celebrate the historically important day at the CAAD campus on the 22nd of August 2022. The Chairman, Prof. Dr. VR Rajendran and Managing Trustee Smt. V. R. Roopa Rajendran led the event in a ceremonious manner. Director, Prof. Vinodh Vijayakumar and the faculty members rejoiced in the celebration with the beloved students. Through the event, students to appreciate the values embedded in religious practices building a sense of togetherness.
