As part of the Anna University curriculum for Architectural Drawing I, the first year students of Studio A visited a Temple Tank at Sholavaram and the first year students of Studio B visited a temple in Kannigaipair on 14th November 2015.
The entire study was divided into 2 sessions. On site, the students studied the building thoroughly by measuring it and preparing various sketches. The second session focused on the importance of documentation where the students translated the sketches done on site in the form of floor plans, elevations, sections, details, etc.,
