Onam is a festival of unity, and this year, the students of CAAD came together and welcomed onam with all of its splendour. Students and faculty members arrived wearing Keralan ethnic wears to mark the arrival of onam. The celebration started with the colourful pookalam competition followed by events like dance and singing of onam songs and ended with tug of war in which the students vivaciously participated until the rope cut off filling the crowd with fun and laughter. The whole arrangement and coordination were done by the CAAD students, and everyone participated enthusiastically in the celebration giving them a blissful joy with a lot of memories and a smile that they will never forget.
