As a part of experiential learning, a workshop on CLAY MODELING was conducted at CAAD on the 26th November 2014 by eminent artist Mr.S. Potrarasan., MFA (Ceramic Design).
The event started with an introductory lecture on traditional use of clay and a demonstration session on use of the material for pottery. The various outcomes of forms that can evolve as an abstraction of the traditional pottery making techniques were experimented.
The students further explored the use of clay in evolving fluid forms and thoroughly enjoyed the fruitful workshop with high-spirited delight. Art Studio Mr.Vinoth Kumar from CAAD co-ordinated the workshop and ensured the essentials in order and the effective participation of one and all.
