On November 28, 2017, CAAD- Chennai Academy of Architecture and Design hosted their 29th CAAD Lecture titled “Building an Architecture Student Portfolio” by Ar. Radhakrishnan Mullaimanalan, Director at Coleroon Shore Design Services Pvt Ltd. The architect discussed the essential components of a good portfolio, and advised the students on the process of selecting and applying with coveted firms of their choice.

Lecture on “Decoding Architecture Critique”on 22nd December 2015

He deliberated on the difference between subjectivity and objectivity and thereby ascertained the importance of understanding the design briefs for every given exercise. The need for a sensitive approach to design keeping in mind the context was also probed. He explained the need for understanding the design vocabulary for effectively communicating design ideas.
