Biography

Anbukarasi completed her Bachelor degree from Sathyabama Engineering College. Architect Anbukarasi started her career under renowned conservationist Er. Benny Kuriakose where she worked extensively on Tsunami reconstruction projects. She led a team of architects and proposed design layout for the Tsunami reconstruction project. Her portfolio involved project execution, monitoring and quality checking. She did her Masters in Digital Architecture at School of Architecture and Planning, Anna University Chennai.

She was awarded the prestigious “Young CAADRIA Award 2010” at Sha Tin, Hong Kong for her Project title – “Generative Grammar of DNA Nanotechnology”. Her studies and award function expenditure was sponsored by Union Grant Commission and Ministry of External Affairs. She was a Design Topper at Anna University. Since 2010 Anbukarasi is actively involved in academics.
